Ten Keys to Happier Living

In recent years lots of new scientific evidence has emerged about the things that make life happy and fulfilling. Yet very little of this knowledge is communicated in a way that's useful in our daily lives.

We've undertaken a review of the latest evidence and distilled the findings into ten simple themes. Before making these more widely available, we wanted to share them with our members and get your reactions.

Action for Happiness launch

Thanks so much to the hundreds of you that gave feedback on our launch plans - it's been great to have so much support and so many good ideas.

Our launch event is now confirmed for the afternoon of Tuesday 12 April  in London. More details to follow shortly but please save the date.

Free Headspace tickets

Our generous friends at Headspace have once again offered us 20 free tickets for their next mindfulness event on Sat 26 March. To find out more and apply for your place see Headspace Event.

'Teaching Happiness' course

We had a tremendous response to the offer of scholarships for theTeaching Happiness course, with over 180 applying. We're grateful to ICEP Europe who increased their offer of free places from 4 to 15.
