Today is World Happy Day and thousands of people
are joining together in communities all over the world to watch the

Happy is an inspiring documentary from Academy Award nominated
director Roko Belic (Genghis Blues) that aims to discover what
really makes us happy. It takes the audience from the bayous

longer; they are more likely to care for the environment and less
likely to commit crime. Happy people help others more often and are
more likely to find creative solutions to problems. Increasing
happiness brings big benefits for individuals, communities and
society as a whole.

Screenings of Happy are being supported by Action for
Happiness, a movement of people who are passionate about
creating a happier society. Its 20,000 members come from all walks
of life and are taking practical action to create happier
communities, families, schools and workplaces.
