Let's be more mindful and live in the present *

This Mindful March Action Calendar has daily suggested actions to do throughout March 2018 to help you be more mindful and live in the present moment.

You can download the calendar as an image file for sharing via social media or as a PDF file for printing out. Please pass it on to others and help to spread the word.

This calendar follows on from our Kindness Calendar which was downloaded and used by nearly 2 million people in December 2017. Since then our monthly calendars have included Happy January, Friendly February and now Mindful March.

Thanks to Peter Harper for coming up with the original calendar idea and also to the many other kind and talented people who helped contribute the ideas and inspiration, especially Vanessa King, Val Payne and Alex Nunn who have provided invaluable input.

Many thanks also to the generous volunteers who have translated the calendars into other languages, including Andrea Magnabosco (Italian), Windy (French), Vicenç Rul (Spanish) and Tobias Polzin (German).
