This Self-Care September Calendar has daily suggested actions to do throughout September 2018 to help you be kinder and more compassionate to yourself.

You can download the calendar as an image file for sharing via social media or as a PDF file for printing out. Please pass it on to others and help to spread the word.

This calendar follows on from our Kindness Calendar which was downloaded and used by nearly 2 million people in December 2017. Since then our monthly calendars have included Happy January, Friendly February, Mindful March, Active April, Meaningful May, Joyful June, Jump Back July and Altruistic August. You can find the full set of calendars to date here.

Thanks to Peter Harper for coming up with the original calendar idea and also to the many other kind and talented people who helped contribute the ideas and inspiration, especially Vanessa King, Val Payne and Alex Nunn who have provided invaluable input.
