
The Keys to Happier Living Toolkit is an
engaging, accessible and evidence-based programme to promote the
emotional wellbeing and resilience of children aged
7-11
The Toolkit is based on the Action for Happiness Ten Keys to Happier
Living framework and a pilot project showed that it led
to significant improvements in wellbeing relative to a control
group. The toolkit has also been awarded the PSHE Association
Quality Mark.

The Keys to Happier Living Resource Pack for schools
consists of:
- Toolkit for Teachers: full teaching materials
covering an initial assembly and 11 subsequent lessons, with
extensive downloadable resources & ideas for ongoing
reinforcement (£50 each)
- Journal for Children: each child receives
their own journal to help embed learning (£4 each)
- Journal for Adults: to help staff embed the
ideas in their own lives too (£3.50 each)
- Information Leaflet: for Parents and Carers
about the Keys to Happier Living (£0.50 each)

Harper (Consultant Clinical Psychologist)
and Val Payne (Teacher and Education
Consultant) with support from Action for Happiness.
